Mr Albert Tan Tiong Heng has over 25 years of finance, accounting, tax, legal experience. He has held CFO and head of finance positions for both private and public held companies in diverse industries. Mr Albert Tan is currently Managing Director and CEO cum Corporate Secretary of Max Lewis Consultants Pte Ltd.
Mr Albert Tan is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Fellow of the Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser (Australia), Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax & GST), International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS) of the International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) charter holder of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS). He also obtained the International M&A Expert credential from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) GmbH. He holds a Masters of International Taxation, New South Wales University, MBA (Finance), Leicester University and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London.
Albert has led in transactions relating to business strategy, shareholder disputes and litigation support, tax planning, transfer pricing advisory, defence and statutory compliance, restructuring, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and SFRS. He has experience in valuing intangible assets, companies, equity interests and employee share options. His clients include SMEs, MNCs, government agencies, public listed companies across diverse industries both locally in Singapore and also in ASEAN.
